A: Usually we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample. And ship by air or by sea for bulk order. Usually the production time would be 3 to 5 days. Large quantity depends on negotiation.

A: Firstly please let us know your requirements or application. Then we will quote according to your requests. Thirdly customer confirm the PI and make the payment. Finally, we arrange production.

A: Yes, we offer 1 to 3 years warranty for our products.
Q6. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Please note that our products are produced in strict quality control system and the detective rate will be less than 0.2%. If any defective products, please provide us pictures or videos. Once our engineer confirm the quality problem, we will send the replacement lights with next new order.
