1.Our product provide one year warranty.
2.You can apply for after-sales service during warranty in the following situations:
a.The LEDs died, only some LEDs died, all LEDs died.
b.The controller failure, can not control the LEDs.
c.The plug or the adapter failure.
The above failure situations, the buyer need provide pictures and videos, we will provide Corresponding replacement for buyer, the buyer need keep the other parts at hand. We will bear the shipping cost.
3. The following situations do not provide after-sales service:
Not using the adapter or cable provided by our company, Cause product failure.
Not operating the product in accordance with the product manual, Cause product failure.
Immersed in water or other liquids, Cause product failure.
Violent pulling, folding, falling from a height, Cause product failure.
